With a promising start in the Las Vegas operated Casino Resort and Spa as the youngest MGM manager in the country, Rick Green would be promoted three times in as a many years before moving on to restaurant development joining the east coast infamous Starr Restaurant Group. He would open the restaurant groups leading powerhouses such as Parc of RittenHouse Square and Steak 954 of Fort Lauderdale in addition to four other concepts. These openings would have a profound influence over his need to travel and he would begin his role as national Director of Operations for Trust3Hospitality opening and operating venues from coast to coast in 2009. After four years and six successful concepts, Rick would travel into the international arena, serving as a Senior Operations Manager for a growing and popular Restaurant firm in the Middle East. Here he would open three of the Largest and most wildly successful restaurants in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kenya.
